Home Visit

After your initial consultation your designer will set up an appointment to come to your home and take measurements of your space. Teknika Kitchens and Baths charges a $250 fee to cover time and travel costs for this visit. Please be aware that in order to keep our prices as low as possible, Teknika only accepts checks or cash.

At this visit your designer will:

• Measure your space
• Look at your plumbing and electrical systems
• View adjacent rooms for style and space considerations
• See how you use your space
• Determine any remodeling limitations

Please be sure to ask any questions you have at this visit.

This visit should take about ½ to 1 hour.
